I continue to be thoroughly confused about how the PC upgrade system works. Today, flying SEA-PHL, I ended up in the back despite the fact that I was #8 on the upgrade list and many passengers, all the way down to #31, somehow ended up in PC. Website showed "waitlisted for PC" on my reservation just fine, and the gate agent generally was confused as well about how it happened.

I'm now 0/13 in getting upgraded to PC this year, forget F. I never would've guessed that I'd have better luck getting good seating on UA as *G than on AS as MVPG.
