Google Maps is pretty awful, especially the new version. But, I was able to find a reasonably good map of Dubai using Michelin Maps. Much better detail and color. The only downside is that I had to print 11 pages to get all the relevant Dubai areas with street names on them. Had I zoomed out of the map and printed fewer pages, many of the street names would have been omitted. I now have to decide whether to tape all the pages together to form a very large, unwieldy map, or simply make a booklet.
