Angry Also having problems with ba / k2

I have had an ongoing problem since the start of DEC16. I had 5 matching Antler purple cases and 3 of them were damaged. Taken away by K2 who have since steadfastly refused to replace them even though they have always been available on Antler's website. They have offered black. If I want purple to match the existing cases, I now have to wait until 17APR17, which is rather difficult as I have a BA First Class flight on 01MAR17 LHR / SYD and then BA 02APR17 Club Class LHR / LIN.
I have purchased the cases from Antler and sent BA the invoice which they are refusing to pay. They now have until 07APR17 to refund the money or I will issue court proceedings. As this has gone on for so long, it is too late to claim on my insurance.
BA were never this difficult - it is since their relationship with K2 that things seem to have gone downhill.
