Hi SoCalNorCal, the Family Room consists of two rooms with a connecting door whereas one of the rooms has a King bed and the other one two Double beds. If you check the pictures on their website for King Guest Room or Two Double Bed Guest Room then this is exactly how the family room looks like, just with an additional door.
