If Aeroplan doesn't want to staff the lines, they really should have some way online to do everything then. Or make you enter the PNR somehow on the phone so that things like involuntary reschedulings make it up in priority somehow for getting through to a person.
This is the main point here. It is unacceptable that Aeroplan doesn't have a way for people to contact them for urgent matters.
