On my 4000th redial attempt I actually got in the call-back queue. Hopefully they really do call back in 59mins and don't decide it's the end of the business day and drop the queue or something equally stupid.

If Aeroplan doesn't want to staff the lines, they really should have some way online to do everything then. Or make you enter the PNR somehow on the phone so that things like involuntary reschedulings make it up in priority somehow for getting through to a person.

It's just plain hilarious when the notice of change in itinerary says "please contact us immediately at the number below" and no one ever answers, and you're not given any alternative other than hang up and try calling again, and again, and again...

This is definitely much worse than it used to be.
