I was shocked earlier this week when I called in at 10am (regular 1-800 AE number) and somebody answered within 1 minute!! I'm Aeroplan Black only and no AC status. My call was in regards to cleaning up a booking for an existing reward flight (duplicate flights). Everything handled very well by agent. Totally shocked! I guess I was just lucky!!
