I have no status with either Aeroplan or Air Canada. I have a ticket redemption (3x Business Class tickets to Europe this summer) that has had an involuntary rescheduling of one of the flights to the next day, and I would like to change it to something that I can work around with the rest of my non-Aeroplan itinerary.

Every time I try to call the 800- or 519- numbers, it forces me to enter my Aeroplan number and then tells me call volumes are too high and I need to call back again some other time. No option to hold. No option for a call back.

How on earth is someone supposed to get a hold of Aeroplan to make flight changes???
