Anyone have advice on the most effective communication mechanism? Talk to flight attendants? Ask reservation agents? WECARE? Letter to Kellner?(seems like overkill)
Maybe I'll just cancel my J reservations for Christmas and tell them I'm going on a diet (so I won't notice the narrower seats) and rebooking on AA because they still have Hawaiian music on boarding.
