Good call. A same day return on the Airport Express should cost $90-100. Take Harbour Tour for $100, or just take the ferry to the other side of Victoria Harbour for the bargain price of $2.50-3.40, still about 35p with our current useless Pound!
Note, if you are going to get an 'on-loan' Octopus Card for public transport, you have to pay cash, which is a bit of a PITA, especially if the service desk is busy and you have been waiting ages expecting understandably you can pay with a CC and get turned away, but I'm not sure that also applies to 'Tourist cards' Octopus Cards.
