This is in stark contrast to my experience a couple of weeks ago, where straight after the captain announced a delay of approx 2h the crew came through ET with water and orange juice. Moreover that was for a weather delay at destination, so not BA's fault at all, unlike your delay.

It's disappointing you haven't had the same courtesy. At least you can be pretty certain of 250eur comp if you do fly.
