I filled in the online form to transfer a large number of points from Hertz Rewards to Marriott Rewards last October. About a month later, the points were deducted in blocks of 600 points from my Hertz Rewards account. So far, despite a number of calls to Hertz Rewards, the points have not appeared in my Marriott Rewards account.

Does anybody know an effective way of escalating this issue?
