I currently have two open Citi Biz accounts, too. I think one is about to get closed via SM...
Yes I closed one of my biz accounts via SM this morning. I got an email saying I had a secure message waiting. The Citi site was broke when I tried to read the secure message. So I called CS, and they confirmed the account was closed at my request.

Two minutes later I applied and was instantly approved. I do agree getting the card does not guarantee the bonus. But this did work with the December personal Citi link. So I figured why not go for it?
