You can do KUL to Penang for £79 (r/t in business) and these earn 40 TP per leg. So, just under £1 per TP.
Best way to do it is to book KUL-PEN and nest PEN-KUL as the returns are cheaper when 2 days apart. Alternatively (and only slightly more expensive) buy one ways at £44, which is still only just over £1 per TP.
