Any suggestions?

Spookily enough I also have an Ebags Motherlode, which I use for longer trips when I want one bag and I know that I won't want to/won't be able to roll. This was definitely for a 'personal item' size bag - went for a Crumpler laptop bag (which was in the sale a fortnight ago, but is now cheaper ) which is good but not great.

Size is perfect, fits laptop, charger, notebook, etc plus a small packing cube with two shirts etc and a 3-1-1 bag. Wouldn't mind a bit more organisation in the front pocket (spoilt by the Motherlode) but it doesn't seem to fit well on my shoulder. Might have to get a new strap.
