oneworld-but-not-BA then it is just one guest. Moreover if the GGLer is flying BA, then though 2 guests are allowed, at least one of the those guests needs to be BA too, the other can be either BA or
oneworld-but-not-BA. In practical terms I'd imagine the lounge agent, who, with a few exceptions, always rotate around many different jobs in LHR, would just work on the basis that GGL=2 guests.
