I guess we don't agree - I believe both GF lounges at LHR are mediocre at best
. Particularly when they are considered as home base lounges, compared to competition offering.
Have you thought about just buying your parents passes to one of the third-party lounges in T3 instead? Saves all the ticketing hassle.
