I'm seeing the same thing on PHX-IAH flights mid-June. Seems like the common UA SNAFU (caps intentional).
Then there's this, IAH-SFO morning flights on 6/17 - natural connections from the SA flights, so lend credence to the international connections theory above, especially since these A320s have replaced 788/789 on these flights.
