Compass E175 Oven Update

And I think there are at least one or two other Delta Connection carriers operating E175s for Delta as well. As far as I know neither Compass nor Shuttle America have ovens on theirs, but maybe some of the others do.
The E175's flown by Compass on the DFW-LAX route do, indeed, have ovens. Outbound to LAX on a lunch flight, a chicken-Thai noodle salad was offered, and warmed at our request. On the return, a breakfast flight, a hot ham and egg sandwich was offered. Both meals were quite tasty. FEBO was not necessary on the flight to LAX as the salad was the only entree offered. On the return, FEBO was observed. Unfortunately, PDBs were not offered on either flight.
