I will be traveling with an infant, so I will have liquid formula in excess of the typical 3-1-1 rule. On past flights, carrying this formula has resulted in additional screening when going through the normal security line.

Is there anything special to expect in the TSA Precheck line with infant formula, or does it all just stay in our carry-on bags?
You can have extra screening in the Pre-Check line. We got it on our last outbound--and in addition to the liquids I expected them to wave their magic strips over I got a full bag wipedown with the ETD pads and a grope, things I was not expecting.

To date I've always packed a package or empty package of the stuff that's in the liquid. It's obviously medical in nature, they see the box and quit whining about the liquids.
