The arrivals spa appointment is a particularly elusive animal. I've arrived too early to make an appointment, and at other times found nothing for athe least a couple of hours within 10-15 mins of the desk opening for business.
Sounds familiar. I like GF at T5 but not enough to get there >3hrs before a flight. An outside chance of a 15 minute massage or being 'sent to the chair'

isn't particularly compelling for me.
Over the years I've definitely spent more time enquiring about the availability of treatments than actuallly being treated - chair or otherwise.
