Question to OP: out of curiosity during your time as a GCH have you had much success obtaining treatments at the Elemis Spa (departure or arrivals)?

Personally speaking I haven't bothered trying for at least a year after several previous years of there never having been any appointments available at any time of day (unless prebooked when traveling F).
