Yesterday I converted two cancelled flights into new reservations, and on the confirmation page was informed of ETCs being issued in both cases- one around $600, the other in the low $200s.

I never received email confirmation of the flight change (it is ticketed in my reservations online), and also never received the ETCs. In the past, I've had them hit my inbox almost immediately.

What to do? I'd actually like to apply one of them shortly....
