It was the first time I had flown long haul not in J or F in over 15 years. The seat was comfy enough but cx should have gone 7 across in the a350 not 8. Some nice touches like proper champagne served in a glass before take off but it kind of goes downhill from there.

service was patchy too, which was a disappointment. I guess the clue is in the name but this is really economy in a nicer seat, rather than business in a worse one.
