Actually toadman and I were both a little off on our last postings.

The standard $50 service fee includes changes in routing..that price went up after the brochure was printed.

The express service fee for processing mileage with less than 3 weeks notice is $60 for up to 3 persons on the same reservation and $10 for each additional person.

And of course ALL service fees are waived for current MVP Gold Members.
