Suggestions for using AS miles before the new levels?

Thanks to this board, I understand that AS is changing the mileage requirements for free tickets effective this September. My question is I currently have 56K miles on Alaska. What would you recommend as the best use of these miles i.e., what should I redeem to get the most worth out of these miles? I want to get rid of all of them due to this new increase. Thanks!
