Unfortunately, that is inconvenient for me as it is two stops. I should have revealed my itinerary which is CMH-AMS-CMH and I am traveling with another couple that has enough UA miles for the outbound but not the return in 'I'. I had them apply for the UA Expl. card for 50k mi which would put them over the top. The return is wide open as of now. Their card is in the mail & I told them to do the spend fast. Maybe the points will post before the statement closes as it does in the CSR. If they don't, I suggested they pay the balance before it closes, too.
