And I prefer the longer TATL flight from IAH for sleeping, rather than going ex-EWR or ORD. My boost in efficiency the next day after (something closer to) a proper night's rest in the air is far offset by the extra time getting to IAH on the day of departure.
I started doing it for the MR aspect but quickly learned of the more significant benefits of a longer in-flight time.
