Has any FTer been there?

I noticed one thing interesting. Nira Alpina designated second lowest, not the lowest, room category for redemption. The lowest room category is Standard Double Bed 215 sqft; the second lowest room is Stardard King Bed 258 sqft. The latter is designated for redemption.^
