There is a Grand Millennium that is better and shouldn't be that expensive. Also there is a Grand Mercuer that's not bad either that's pretty close by. Renaissance and Sheraton area all a bit further away and will be more pricy I'm guessing, but nicer. Synagogues should be around Shuicheng Road which is very close to the Millennium.
