As others have said, BA won't ticket your bags anywhere other than your final destination. Your options are a ticket change (which could work out quite expensive depending on the fare you booked), or going to BRU and connecting to AMS from there - you'll likely get a cheap KLM flight or as KARFA says the train is also a good option.
