they are all much of a muchness
The domestic config versions of the 767-300, A330 and 738 all have the same millenium J seats installed.
I strongly doubt that you will get a 717 or a 762 as both aircraft are being withdrawn from the QF fleet.
The 733's have the old style bench First seats which have no headrest, lumbar support or legrest. The 734's have the convertable J seats which have no headrest, lumbar support or legrest and slope on a slight diagonal angle as a result of being "converted". Basically I would stay away from both of these aircraft.
The thing with the 330's are the 2x3x2 seating. So someone has to sit in the middle seat. Perhaps that could be you? Otherwise this would be my pick of aircraft (nice and quite and new).
I don't mind the 738's as they have a curtain between J and WHY but have a slower flying time that the 330 and 767.
In economy I avoid the 73x's like the plague. The seats are too narrow, especially for a long trip like Cairns to Perth. Again my choice would be for the 330's
