But why? The introduction free snack boxes in Y for 1K and GS was a gesture for those high elite pax who happen to be sitting in the economy cabin (and who failed to get complimentary upgrades). It is a way of saying 'we care'. Of course a CPU shows 'we care' even more. So if a 1K or GS is already sitting in first there is no need for the airline to show this compensatory gesture that they do for high elites sitting in Y. I personally think it would be unfair if a passenger in Y who wanted to purchase a particular snack box finds out they have run out because FAs were distributing them for free in F cabin.
