What about a Premier Platinum who burned a RPU? It's a slippery slope to exclude some by status, but include others by ticket type.
I feel like they need to revisit this internally as a on-board policy. However once the plane gets in the air, it's the F/A's that can easily bend, make up, or enforce the rules.
