Yes - a lot of them do.

Whenever I want to see 2-br across a large area, I tell the website I have 6 adults in 1 room. That pretty much filters you down to Residence Inns with two-bedroom suites, plus the occasional $1,500/nt. Presidential suite.

Searching on DC on a random Sunday night far in the future, I get 20 hits - most of them Residence Inns.
