Far better to arrange the Visa online with the authorities directly. Most of the major GDSs' do have the facility, I vaguely recall Sabre being particularly good @@ETA I think?!
I am off to MEL (on the BA17) in June and have used the above site, far easier than harrasing your favourite Travel Agent!
