Tons of places. In case of Grand I can recommend Chaihona1 (nice laid-back atmosphere and a mix of local and international food) or Yakitoriya (if you fancy Japanese). Both are casual.
For a decent dinner in the area I would go with El Gaucho. Serves a nice mix of steaks & fish, deserts are excellent. It's more formal but still decently priced.
