I too was hoping to stay there May 31, all I'm seeing is GBP 195 and am hoping it comes down. I was able to book a GBP 140 for mid June here (non gtd) with GTD rates of GBP 125 showing on their web site (6/19). Did the 'handover' from IC begin May 1st? Anyone stay here yet, now that its a Hyatt?
