Anybody have the e-mail for the GM here? Had a bad experience during my stay, hotel offered HGP points in response which I accepted (and had to sign a waiver to get, which was obnoxious) and then never posted the points. E-mail above for Yunuen Escobar never returned a reply, either before or after stay.
