I just realized that Hertz opened a location about a mile from my house (they closed an HLE here a few years ago then had a makeshift HLE in an auto body repair shop for a while), used them for the first time this morning.

Reserved - Premium (G)
"Upgrade" (According to the Rental Agent) - Basic Nissan Rogue (B4) with non-functional NeverLost

Not a good start for this location, don't try to BS me passing off a Nissan Rogue as an upgrade from a Premium.
