We live in Walnut Creek and I was glad to hear about JetSuiteX through an email ad from Travelzoo. We took the Friday 8:00am flight CCR-BUR a few weeks ago. Booked in advance and paid $99 and $79 ($20 referral). No brainer it's a huge plus over time-consuming BART to OAK or SFO. Uber from our house to CCR was $7.
Our true destination was Fullerton. But with Amtrak/Metrolink Burbank Airport station adjacent to BUR we were able to make a quick connection south on the Pacific Surfliner direct to Fullerton.
8:00am flight from CCR left a few minutes early. Plane was 2/3 full. Beverage/snack service fine. Wi-fi spotty as others have mentioned. We were on the ground in BUR at 8:50am vs 9:10am scheduled arrival.
Hope to use the service to BUR again. Love avoiding OAK and/or SFO.
