Why not? Because it tends to be cheap comfort food and not often expertly prepared on BA.
Since BA tends to not expertly prepare beef or lamb in F either I tend to only order the fish option. I had a great really hot spicy chicken a few years ago but have never seen it offered since. Because of that I would be happy to have a curry option on my F flights. The ones I have had on BA F before have been fine for me.
