I have an Ogio Soho women's laptop backpack, which I use for business travel. It fits a surprising amount inside: Laptop, chargers, enough clothes to last 4-5 days easily, and accessories:

The only thing I don't like about it is that, at 18.5" tall, it's actually too tall for my back. The curved part, which is supposed to fit in the small of my back, actually hangs down past my hips, making it a bit uncomfortable to carry.

I would love a similar bag but maximum 16" tall, which would be a better fit. It has room to spare for my laptop, so something smaller would be great. There are very few bags like that in women's fits, though. And men's bags just slide right off my shoulders.
