For some Schengen flights, bags are delivered to hall 2B which is actually (primarily) the non-Schengen arrivals hall. For gate arrivals, the arrival hall is irrelevant since you enter the departure area and can either walk to the gate of your connecting flight or alternatively exit via any arrivals hall (assuming you have hand luggage only).
But what happens if your Schengen flight arrives at a stand and bags are delivered to 2B? The bus obviously takes you to hall 2B, but can you, instead of entering the arrivals hall, go up to the gate area and walk to your connecting flight (as you can when the bus takes you to hall 2A)? Or are you forced to go through 2B and reclear security upstairs?
