IIRC the headphones port is in monitor, which comes up from between the seats. I didn't use the USB port but am pretty certain it's in the seat somewhere.

I usually opt for bulkhead seats on international flights, so I haven't compared the width to the other rows in a long time. They never seem too narrow for me (unless compared to D1 or F seats!) but I am not a good judge as I'm a small, slender woman.

Once you're in the air you can bring a smaller carry-on bag (e.g., a backpack) down from the overhead bin to use as a footrest, which for me adds to the comfort of those seats.
