I had to find cancellation and change penalty on my ticket purchased directly through CathayPacific.com and there is no way to find this information online under my booking.

I am surprised that in this day and age of IT, airlines still can not figure out how to do ticket changes and cancellation online for international itineraries. It's not so freaking complicated for simple one way ticket SFO-HKG. Note that advertised in FAQ section "change ticket" button was not displayed under my itinerary online.

But at least they could publish fare rules online.

Spent 20 minutes on the phone call trying to get a simple answer.

Edited to add: Actually just found on my ticket receipt: "Cxnonend/Chg-Ref Usd100 -Bg Cx". Who in the world except flyertalkers is supposed to understand it?
