I'm not suggesting that's how the note reads. But I'm explaining how the list works. It should be re-worded to be accurate for sure, and certainly that should be fairly easy to accomplish. But given that's the way it's read ever since I can remember, dating back to the merger at least, I doubt it's going to change anytime soon.
