It's very dependent on the plane and crew. I just flew Polaris from EWR to HGK last Wednesday and was not impressed. This is my 6th or 7th Polaris TPAC flight and this was the worst by far. The plane was a 777 with 2-2-2 seating and the crew needed more training. I spend a lot of time in Asia and have flown OZ a fair amount. I'm very fond of the Korean culture and I like Korean food so only judge the quality of what I order, the UA wine is better. That said the Polaris product has real potential, they just need to improve the training and refit the planes as planned.
