Smaller RJ operator, owned by TS Holdings, exclusively operating CRJ7s and CRJ9s for UA and DL. Their DL operations are based in STL, DTW, and RDU. CVG sees quite a few of their CRJ7s.

ExpressJet makes flying to BTR and other deep south airports extremely frustrating. ATL-BTR thankfully sees one or two 717s a day now, but my schedule doesn't always line up with those flights. I pretty much always plan on some sort of major delay when flying them. I wish that DL would step up and demand that they shape up or ship out. The public doesn't understand that ExpressJet and Delta mainline are not the same thing, they just see Delta's logo on the side of the plane.
