I don't think it is possible to book Swiss through any of the other Chase UR partners.

Also, Swiss adds fuel surcharges. So, the 15k points you save is going be for in cash, usually ends up costing more than the 70k UA miles. Only other way to avoid the fuel surcharges is to book through AC Aeroplan, but they aren't a Chase partner either.
